What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Our standard MOQ is 50 pairs per model, and you can mix fitments (H1/H3/H4/H7/H11/9005/9006/9012) within one order. For OEM/private-label orders the MOQ is 500 pairs.
Can I order samples before committing to a bulk order?Yes — we strongly encourage it. Sample kits ship within 3 days, and the sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order.
What is the production lead time?Standard orders: 7–15 days depending on quantity and fitment mix. Repeat orders of in-stock configurations can ship within a week.
Which Incoterms do you support?FOB (Shenzhen) is standard. We also quote EXW, CIF and DDP — just tell us your destination port or address.
What is your defect and warranty policy?Every unit passes a 48-hour burn-in test before packing; our field defect rate is 0.3%. Products carry a 12-month warranty, and confirmed defects are replaced free in your next shipment.
Do you offer OEM / ODM / private label?Yes. We produce under your brand with your logo, packaging and spec variants. OEM programs start at 500 pairs. Send us your artwork for a mockup.
What are your payment terms?T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. Samples can be paid via PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance; larger orders can discuss L/C.
Which certifications do your products carry?Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and products carry CE and RoHS. Model-specific certificates and test reports are available on request.
How many vehicle fitments do you cover?Across the catalog we cover H1, H3, H4, H7, H11, 9005, 9006, 9012 plus H4-specific (motorcycle / dual-beam) and APP tri-color variants. 8–10+ socket types in total.
How do you ensure the lumens on the box are real?Every production batch is photometer-tested before dispatch, and we can share the test data with your lot number. If a batch misses spec, it doesn’t ship — period.
